How information submitted through Superior’s quote form is used.
Information you provide
When you request a quote, you may provide your name, business, contact details, jobsite location, equipment information and project description. You may also choose to upload equipment photos or project drawings.
How inquiry information is used
Superior uses this information to review your request, contact you, prepare an estimate and coordinate related service. Submitting a project inquiry does not sign you up for a marketing mailing list.
Forms, email and uploaded files
The website uses Squarespace to operate its inquiry form and store submissions. Form notifications are routed to Superior’s business email. File downloads are managed through Squarespace’s access controls. Google reCAPTCHA helps protect the form from spam.
Choose what you send
Upload only files you have permission to share. Focus photos on equipment and the affected component. Do not send payment card information, identification documents or unrelated sensitive personal information.
